Eurail product offer further expanded

Per 1 January 2008 the Eurail Pass product offer has expanded.

Eurail Global Pass

To the already large selection of countries the Eurail Global Pass offered, two more have been added; Croatia and Slovenia, in response to the growing interest in Eastern Europe. This brings the total number of countries to 20, making the pass even more flexible and better value for money.


Eurail One Country Passes

Per 8 January we also shall introduce three new One Country Passes covering Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovenia. The One Country Pass was previously known as National Pass.

Regional Passes

For travelers interested in Northern Europe, we will offer the new Regional Passes Denmark-Sweden, Finland-Sweden and Norway-Sweden, as well as a single Scandinavia Pass covering all four Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden).

This brings the total number of One Country and Regional Passes, valid in one or two countries (or regions) to 42, reflecting the growing demand for shorter stays to fewer countries.
